Good News
Saturday, June 20, 2009
Got a couple of things I wanted to share with you. First, I thought I had posted this, but I think I just put it on Twitter, A Bit Haywire was included on the School Library Journal’s Good Comics for Kids Summer Reading List! Thank you very much for that School Library Journal!
Second, I accepted a position at a local college teaching part time! I’ll be teaching Storyboarding and Intro to Digital Imaging this fall at Northwest Vista College. I’m really looking forward to it and have already started planning out the syllabus.
Third, the sketchbook is almost complete! I have four more pages to fill up, two goblins to draw and a certain evil master of the universe to finish. Compared to last years, I don’t know if I can even call it a sketchbook anymore. I might have to title it instead. How fancy of me.

If you’re not following me on Twitter, you’re missing out. Especially today… that’s all I’m saying…

Just a public notice, I’m going to be switching mail servers this week, so if you get an email bounce from me, leave me a comment here. I’m hoping it will be seamless, but you never know with these things.
Non-Update
Thursday, May 28, 2009
Just a quick non-update update. Don’t you love those? Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. I’m working hard to get a really kickin’ sketchbook for this year. I’m looking at 24 FULL COLOR pages this year. Last years sketchbook was perfect for what I had, but I really want to push myself for a more finished look, so I’m putting in both existing and new art as well as many of my Star Wars and Indy cards. I plan on having 25 - 50 printed up for San Diego, the rest I’ll sell on this site or at any other shows I might make. Here’s a very small peek at what it’ll look like to tide you over.
