Do you do commissions?

So I knew before I left for the con that I was going to pull some sort of prank on someone. My best target was, of course, Josh Howard. I had a few ideas, but they were mostly lame. Finally, a burst of inspiration. I found a picture on Google images of a guy wrapping his arms around another guy. I put Josh’s face over the guy in front. I put the face of Matt Hebb, who I knew was going to be there, on the guy doing the hugging. I knew that Matt and Josh had never met, so I figured I’d get Matt to ask Josh for a commission from a photo and hit him with it. I printed out the image on a 4x5 sheet of photo paper, so it looked like a photo-mat print.
Matt waited until the booth was full and did the deed. Not only did he ask for him to draw from a photo, but he did it in a little creepy voice. It was great. He whipped out the photo and Josh just stared at it. He slowly turned and looked at us (Pat and Wes were in on it as well) and we all lost it. Josh was a good sport about it and both guys signed the photo.
I’ll have to start thinking now to top it next year…
